Finax psyllium is a gluten-free product derived from grinding the seeds of the Indian Plantago Psyllium plant. It is very high in fiber and has no taste or smell. It makes kneading easier and besides being very healthy, it makes your gluten-free bread juicier, less crumbly and has a longer shelf life. Use: Add 1 to 1.5 tbsp. Finax Flea in 500 ml. liquid. You can add a teaspoon to a glass of milk or yogurt.
